These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of products, digital resources, templates, guides, Notion systems, consulting, implementation services, and any other services provided by MKSystems.
MKSystems is operated by Mateusz Kubiak as an unregistered business activity under Polish law — nierejestrowana działalność gospodarcza Mateusz Kubiak.
By purchasing, accessing, downloading, using, or engaging with any MKSystems product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase, access, or use any MKSystems products or services.
These Terms apply to all MKSystems offers unless a separate written agreement, proposal, contract, or service-specific terms state otherwise.
For the purposes of these Terms:
“MKSystems”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Mateusz Kubiak operating as MKSystems.
“Client”, “customer”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual, company, organization, or other entity purchasing, accessing, or using MKSystems products or services.
“Products” refers to digital products, including but not limited to Notion templates, ready-to-use Notion systems, guides, documents, resources, one-time offers, courses, toolkits, and downloadable or access-based materials.
“Services” refers to consulting, Notion implementation, workspace setup, system design, audits, advisory, customization, onboarding, support, maintenance, retainers, and any other service delivered by MKSystems.
“Deliverables” refers to any outputs created or provided as part of a service, including but not limited to Notion workspaces, dashboards, databases, templates, documentation, recommendations, Loom videos, written summaries, strategy documents, or other materials.
“Third-Party Platforms” refers to external platforms, marketplaces, payment processors, software tools, or services used to sell, deliver, process, host, access, or support MKSystems products and services.
MKSystems provides digital products and services designed to help individuals, creators, teams, and organizations build, improve, and manage systems in Notion and related tools.
